Have you ever heard that happiness is a choice? Really? It begins with me? Well, I wish somebody would tell me exactly what that means and how I’m supposed to do that??? I’ve tried … for 30 days, 60 days… every single day and nothing! I know, right? It sounds so beautifully simple and wonderfully easy doesn’t it?
